      Three (3) Prizewinners from Vermont

      WAREHOUSE DASH® EVENT OVERVIEW:
For each Prizewinner, the WAREHOUSE DASH® (the “Dash Event”) is a three-day, two-night trip for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest to Portland, Maine in 2024. Each trip includes (i) a travel allowance for each Prizewinner of five hundred dollars ($500) to be provided in the form of a check two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date and (ii) accommodations of one (1) hotel room for two (2) nights (double occupancy, room, and room tax only) at a three-diamond rated hotel or better.
Includes admission to the Dash Event venue for the Prizewinner and guest; and the Prizewinner and their one (1) guest shall have the opportunity to participate in a ninety second (:90) DASH through the Dash Event warehouse to place into their shopping cart as much merchandise as they can (the merchandise successfully placed into the shopping cart within ninety seconds (:90) is sometimes referred to as “prizes” or “prizes won”).  At the conclusion of each DASH, each Prizewinner shall have the chance to win one million dollars ($1,000,000) in the Million Dollar bonus game. All Cash Prizes awarded as a result of the Million Dollar Match bonus game are underwritten by SG’s third party underwriter, SCA Promotions, Inc. (“SCA”), a company specializing in promotional prize coverage and risk management
Prizewinner is solely responsible for the actions of the guest who accompanies the Prizewinner.
Dash Event and Million Dollar Match Rules:
At the Dash Event, each Prizewinner and their one (1) guest will have ninety seconds (:90) to collect as much merchandise as possible as described further below.  After each DASH is complete, each Prizewinner shall have the chance to win one million dollars ($1,000,000) in the Million Dollar Match bonus game.
The team will be supplied with a minimum of one (1) empty cart (40” long, 27” wide, and 30” high).
The team will consist of two (2) people, made up of the Prizewinner and his/her guest.  The Prizewinner’s guest will assist him or her in the “Dash Event Course.”
One team member will be the dedicated “pusher,” and the other team member will be the dedicated “picker.” Please note, the “pusher” can rearrange items in the cart but may NOT pull items from the shelves.  Any item pulled, picked or otherwise removed from the shelves by the “pusher” shall not be included as a “picked” item, and shall not be included in the prizes won or awarded during the Dash Event unless “picker” also pulls and places the item in the cart.
The team will have twenty (20) minutes before the DASH to walk the aisle designated as the “Dash Event Course” and to develop their plan for which items they wish to select.
A proxy (“Proxy”) may be requested prior to the start of any DASH and must be eighteen (18) years or older to participate in a DASH.
Merchandise is available only from the aisle designated as the “Dash Event Course.” Any other warehouse area is considered outside of the “Dash Event Course” and is not available for selection. Marking or tagging of the merchandise, floor, racking, etc. before the start of the Dash Event is not allowed.
A team member may only select a single quantity of each item.
Prior to the start of each DASH, for the Million Dollar Match bonus game, one (1) $1,000,000 inventory item will be randomly selected from the list of one thousand (1,000) total available inventory items and will be assigned to that Prizewinner.   This item will be confirmed by both MDI and SCA, but will not be shared with the Prizewinner or the TRI-STATE.   The name and Item Number or Item ID of the selected prize item will be printed and secured in a sealed envelope prior to each Prizewinner’s DASH.
Only one (1) team will be on the “Dash Event Course” at a time. When the team is ready, a whistle will be blown to alert the team that they may begin and stop watches will start with ninety seconds (:90) on the clock. The team may begin to dash up and down the aisle putting as much merchandise into its cart as possible.
Referees will be stationed throughout the “Dash Event Course” with stop watches to alert the team of their remaining DASH time. When the team’s ninety seconds (:90) is up, a referee will inform them, and another whistle will be blown to alert the team to stop. At this time, no more items can be “picked.”
The team will then take their cart(s) to the designated area where items selected will be verified immediately.
The Prizewinner shall be allowed to keep all items the “picker” places in their cart as the Dash Event Prizes.
The Prizewinner will be provided a list of his or her “picked” items for their review prior to their departure from the warehouse.
MILLION DOLLAR MATCH BONUS GAME SPECIFICATIONS:
As stated above, prior to the start of each DASH, for the Million Dollar Match bonus game, one (1) $1,000,000 inventory item will be randomly selected from the list of one thousand (1,000) total available inventory items and will be assigned to that Prizewinner.   This item will be confirmed by both MDI and SCA but will not be shared with the Prizewinner or the TRI-STATE.   The name and Item Number or Item ID of the selected prize item will be printed and secured in a sealed envelope prior to each Prizewinner’s DASH.
After each team has completed its DASH, the Prizewinner from each team will have the opportunity to select one (1) additional item.  The Prizewinner may select this one (1) item from the items collected during his or her DASH or select an item remaining on the Dash Event shelves.   The Prizewinner will not keep this item as part of their “picked” items if they select an item off of the Dash Event shelves.  The sole purpose of this item is to determine if it is a Million Dollar Match.
Once the Prizewinner selects their one (1) Million Dollar Match item, they will open their individual sealed envelope to reveal the randomly selected $1,000,000 inventory item.  If the Prizewinner’s selected Million Dollar Match item printed on the paper inside the envelope matches the item selected by the Prizewinner as their one (1) $1,000,000 inventory item by Item Number, that Prizewinner wins a cash prize (“Cash Prize”) of $1,000,000.  Odds of winning are 1:1000.
The Million Dollar Match prize of $1,000,000 shall be paid as a lump sum amount prize.  All Cash Prizes awarded as a result of the Million Dollar Match are underwritten by a third party.
The funding of a Cash Prize is the sole responsibility of SG.  A Cash Prize is not considered won and is not payable unless and until the independent auditor or third-party underwriter certify that the Million Dollar Match has been conducted appropriately and in accordance with the official promotional Million Dollar Match Official Rules and the Security Procedures (the “Procedures”) and that a Prizewinner has validly won the Cash Prize pursuant to the Procedures and is entitled to receive such Cash Prize.  The TRI-STATE shall have no liability for any Cash Prize amounts awarded as a result of the Million Dollar Match. Payment to the winner can be made directly by SG or by the Lottery with reimbursement from SG back to the Lottery.
All Cash Prizes won by the Prizewinners will be subject to each LOTTERY’s debt setoff procedures.
