Pick 5 of 58 and 1 of 5
On a Millionaire for Life play slip select five (5) numbers from 1 to 58, then select one (1) Millionaire Ball from another set of numbers from 1 through 5. You may play up to five (5) panels on a single play slip. The cost is $5.00 per play.
Millionaire for Life draw break starts at 9:50 PM and ends at 10:00 PM.
Draws are held every day after 11:15 PM. All draws are based on Eastern Time.Quick Pick

How to Find Winning Numbers
Every evening at 11:15 PM (ET), five (5) numbers from 1 to 58 will be drawn plus one (1) Millionaire Ball number from 1 to 5. You win by matching the numbers drawn with the numbers on your Millionaire for Life ticket for that draw date. Winning numbers may be viewed by visiting VTLottery.com. Winning numbers are also available at Vermont Lottery agent locations (where Millionaire for Life is sold) following the draw, or by calling 1-800-322-8800 (VT only) or 1-802-479-5686 and on this web site.
How to Claim Your Prize
- Sign the back of your ticket in the space provided to protect your rights. YOU MUST PRESENT THE ACTUAL TICKET TO CLAIM A PRIZE.
- If your prize is less than $500, take your winning ticket to any Vermont Lottery sales agent for validation and payment.
- For prizes from $500 to $5,000, contact the Vermont Lottery for additional claim centers. Claim forms are available at the Vermont Lottery, on the WHAT IF I WIN? Page of the Vermont Lottery website (vtlottery.com), and at additional claim centers.
- All prizes must be claimed within one (1) year of the winning draw date.
